2) Your client selects a date, service, and an opening that suits his/her schedule, enters contact information and confirms the appointment.
3) A confirmation email is sent to your client and to the staff member providing the service.
4) A reminder email is sent to the client the day before the appointment. No shows drop off dramatically!
