Definitions
"Agreement": This document containing Terms and Conditions.
"You", "Your" or "Customer": The Subscriber of Flash Appointments Service.
"Cardholder": Person with the authority for a designated credit card to set up recurring billing.
"We", "Us", "Our" or "Flash Appointments": Flash Appointments LLC.
"Service": The month-to-month online appointment scheduling service.
Services Provided
Flash Appointments provides online access to a suite of tools to manage appointment scheduling. Access to the tools is provided as a month-to-month subscription service. Flash Appointments strives to bring Customers the best service possible. We maintain the right to modify the Service at any time without any notice to You.
Flash Appointments may also provide limited customization, integration or other services. The fees and payment options for these add-on services are determined on a case by case basis.
Pricing, Billing and Taxes
Flash Appointments will provide the Service to the Customer subject to this Agreement.
Flash Appointments is available as a month-to-month subscription service. Flash Appointments bills on a monthly cycle. Your first monthly cycle begins the day after Your free 30-day trial expires. Recurring billing for subsequent months can only be established after Flash Appointments has received a written request from the Cardholder to do so. See Recurring Billing Request. If such request is not received by the beginning of the following billing cycle, recurring billing cannot be established and the service is subject to Termination (see 'Terminiation' below). Whenever possible recurring billing will occur on the same day of the month as the first monthly cycle began, otherwise it will occur on the last day of the month. Recurring billing will continue until either the Customer cancels the subscription, (see 'Cancellation' below), or Flash Appointments terminates the subscription.
Our Service prices and prices for any other offerings are subject to change. We will notify You via email prior to any price increase. Monthly invoices are emailed to You after Your credit card has been charged.
Payment of any taxes are the sole responsibility of Customer.
All prices for services provided by Flash Appointments to its Customers are in U.S. Dollars. Customers must pay for services provided by Flash Appointments in U.S. Dollars.

We will contact you as soon as possible after reviewing your account.
Cancellation Policy
The service can be cancelled by the customer at any time by logging into Your account, going to the Update Subscription function and selecting Cancel Account. There are no cancellation penalties or fees. Cancelling the service is immediate. Cancelling during a billing cycle effectively forfeits service for the remainder of the cycle. No refunds of any kind will be paid for forfeited service.
Termination
We reserve the ultimate right, at our sole discretion to terminate Your access to our Service at any time in any of the following events;
- Account information is inaccurate, invalid or incomplete
- credit card information is felt to be invalid or unauthorized by Cardholder;
- account information is not set up or maintained to accurately represent an actual business or person;
- contact and other account information is incomplete;
- Customer's business is felt in any way to be illegal or harmful to any individual, group or organization;
- Customer's business is felt to negatively impact the reputation of Flash Appointments in any way;
- Any other reason deemed appropriate by Flash Appointments.
A Customer who has successfully completed 2 billing cycles is considered to be in good standing. A Customer in good standing whose account information becomes inaccurate, invalid or incomplete will receive a notice via email of pending account termination. Customer has 7 days from the time the email is sent to rectify the situation, after which Flash Appointments may immediately terminate service.
Acceptance
When signing up for Our Service, You agree to provide complete, and accurate information. You further agree that Our Service is only to be used to conduct business that is legal and is not intended to cause harm. We reserve the right to track IP addresses and block them if we determine our systems are being abused.
We reserve the ultimate right, at our sole discretion to terminate Your access to our Service at any time in any of the following events;
Data That You Have Placed In Our Database
All data that You and Your clients have entered into our databases is subject to our Privacy Policy. This includes all appointments and client contact information. Flash Appointments will not use that information for any purpose other than for the normal operation of Our business.
Ownership of URL
You agree that use of the Service does not give you Ownership or other rights to any URL that is assigned to You by Flash Appointments in order to provide access to Your Account.

Disclaimer of Warranty: THE FLASH APPOINTMENTS SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS"/"AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU UNDERSTAND THERE MAY BE ERRORS, OMISSIONS. OR OTHER PROBLEMS. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE INTERNET MAY BE VULNERABLE TO FAILURES BEYOND THE CONTROL OF FLASH APPOINTMENTS. YOU AGREE THAT YOU ARE USING THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK. WE WOULD NOT PROVIDE THIS SERVICE WITHOUT SUCH LIMITATIONS.
Disclaimer of Liability: YOU AGREE THAT FLASH APPOINTMENTS IS NOT LIABLE TO YOU OR ANYONE FOR ANY DIRECT OR INDIRECT LOSS OR DAMAGE RESULTING FROM ANY USE OF THE FLASH APPOINTMENTS SERVICE OR ANY OTHER PRODUCT, OR INFORMATION PROVIDED BY FLASH APPOINTMENTS. YOUR SOLE RECOURSE IS TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION AND TERMINATE YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
