Choose the Combinations plan if you have a lot of staff
or resources for just a few services.
What is a Staff/Resource? This is a person or
some other resource, like equipment or a room, whose time you want to allocate
to appointments. Each staff/resource has its own schedule of availability for
appointments. When an appointment is booked, that time is reserved and unavailable
for other appointments.
What are Combinations? Each appointment specifies
a service provided by a staff/resource. A combination is the setting that allows
a staff/resource to be booked for a service.
For example, Bart is a massage therapist offering Swedish Massage
in 30 and 60 minute durations. The system requires 2 Combinations:
Bart + 30min Swedish Massage
Bart + 60min Swedish Massage
Which plan is right for me? The Staff/Resource
Plan is better when there are a large number of services provided. If you operate
a salon with 10 stylists and each stylist provides 15 services the system requires
150 combinations. The Combinations Professional Plan would cost $125/month.
However, in the Staff/Resource Plan you would be paying $15/month for 7 stylists
since every 3rd stylist is free, only $105.
The Combinations Plan is better if you have a lot of people offering
small number of services. For instance, if you are coordinating interviews
for college entrance, you may have 30 professors providing a single 30 minute
interview service. The system requires only 30 combinations. The Combinations
Standard Plan would cost only $30/month, whereas the Staff/Resource Plan for
30 staff would cost $300/month.
