Aloha Wellness Associates consists of three practitioners of Japanese acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. Prior to implementing Flash Appointments, the practice employed an office manager and receptionist who worked a total of 42 hours per week. They scheduled appointments using the telephone and a Palm desktop system.
"We had three issues related to telephone scheduling: the volume of calls, clients arriving on the wrong day and clients arriving at the wrong time on the right day," explained Jeffrey Dann, Ph.D. "As a result of online scheduling, we have eliminated missed or mixed-up appointments.
